$POSIXLY_CORRECT

Control POSIX Mode
If $POSIXLY_CORRECT
is defined, when Bash starts, then the shell enters POSIX mode.
If it is set while the shell is running, then Bash enables POSIX mode as if set -o posix
had been executed.
